Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of all retail outlets within the resort.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and product presentation to optimize guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to inform product selection and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a luxury hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, and sales analysis.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury retail standards.
