Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within HR or workforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and client requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
