Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of ALUMIL’s architectural aluminium systems to target clients in Uganda.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the region.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance on product selection and application.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in architectural building materials or construction.
- Strong technical understanding of aluminium systems and building solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
