    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of ALUMIL’s architectural aluminium systems to target clients in Uganda.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
    • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the region.
    • Provide expert technical support and guidance on product selection and application.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in architectural building materials or construction.
    • Strong technical understanding of aluminium systems and building solutions.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive sales.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
