Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret experiments related to CNS biology and RNA therapy.
• Contribute to the discovery and development of novel siRNA drug candidates.
• Analyze complex biological data and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Stay abreast of scientific literature and emerging technologies in the field.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance research projects.
• Potentially mentor junior scientists and contribute to a high-performing research environment.

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNS biology or RNA therapeutics in an industry setting.
• Proven expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific problem-solving.
• Strong publication record or demonstrable contributions to drug discovery programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
