Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices. Conduct thorough gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization within various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training to end-users on new ServiceNow functionalities. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform implementations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
