Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities and operations for major projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status reports, and proactively address potential delays or issues.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and implement robust quality control checks.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, relevant codes, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant engineering tools.
