Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HVAC-related engineering and construction activities on site.
- Ensure strict compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants for HVAC system integration.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and performance monitoring of HVAC installations.
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for HVAC project phases.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to HVAC systems during construction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer with a specialized focus on HVAC systems (5+ years).
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC design principles, installation practices, maintenance, and relevant international codes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making abilities in a construction environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic construction setting.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools for HVAC system analysis and design.
