Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of data center site operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain facility integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in data center operations management, preferably within hyperscale environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure components (electrical, mechanical, network, and building management systems).
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
