Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct comprehensive civil inspections on infrastructure, buildings, and facilities within AD Ports Group assets.
• Ensure all civil structures and construction projects comply with local and international safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, accurately identifying defects, recommending corrective actions, and tracking resolution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to implement preventative maintenance strategies.
• Provide expert technical advice on civil engineering issues and actively support project development stages.
• Oversee the quality control of contractors and ensure adherence to specifications for civil works projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil inspections, preferably within a port, marine, or large-scale industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and relevant safety codes and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in using various inspection tools and relevant software applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valuable member of a multidisciplinary team.
