Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Secretariat in administrative operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of CBUAE policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication channels within the CBUAE and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management and various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and international best practices.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Secretariat.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretariat role, preferably in a financial institution or government body.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
