Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality control processes throughout the material lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of footwear material quality.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials quality, preferably in footwear or apparel.
- Strong understanding of material testing methods and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools.
