Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent availability.
• Design and execute talent management programs, including performance management and career development.
• Facilitate organizational change management processes and initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership on OD & workforce projects.

• Proven experience in organizational development and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
