Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent availability.
- Design and execute talent management programs, including performance management and career development.
- Facilitate organizational change management processes and initiatives.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership on OD & workforce projects.

- Proven experience in organizational development and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
