Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the highest standards of service delivery during all events and operations.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior stewarding staff, fostering a professional and efficient team environment.
  • Manage inventory of all service supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with culinary, banquet, and event planning teams for seamless event preparation and execution.
  • Proactively address guest needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all service areas, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Steward or in a similar supervisory role within a large-scale event, hospitality, or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding luxury brand standards.
  • Thorough understanding of hygiene, food safety, and operational regulations in a food and beverage environment.
