Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the highest standards of service delivery during all events and operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior stewarding staff, fostering a professional and efficient team environment.
- Manage inventory of all service supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with culinary, banquet, and event planning teams for seamless event preparation and execution.
- Proactively address guest needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all service areas, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Steward or in a similar supervisory role within a large-scale event, hospitality, or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding luxury brand standards.
- Thorough understanding of hygiene, food safety, and operational regulations in a food and beverage environment.
