Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for innovative mass timber and solid wood construction projects.
• Develop and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, architects, and project managers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development within the team.
• Participate in research and development of new timber construction methods and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in structural design, preferably with timber/mass timber.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of European building codes and design standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international team environment.
