Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with international building codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide expert guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve structural challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in structural design and analysis, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
• Strong understanding of concrete, steel, and timber design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
