Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fulfilment centre.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of fulfilment associates to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Optimize order processing, picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Implement and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in a fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics environment (5+ years).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
