Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from strategic sourcing to offer management, for a diverse client portfolio.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various industries.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and professional networks to identify and engage both passive and active job seekers.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and clients to thoroughly understand staffing requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability, skills alignment, and cultural fit.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an HR solutions or consulting environment.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and local UAE labor laws.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple recruitment assignments, and meet challenging deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and various professional networking platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and present top-tier talent effectively.
