Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles within EXUS, focusing on technical and corporate positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates globally.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic advice.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools efficiently.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
