    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve recruitment processes.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in the IT or software industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
