Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment processes for various roles across the RENOMIA GROUP.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven significant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and relevant HR software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Central or Eastern European languages is a valuable asset.
