Job Overview
As Teamlead Fleet Supply Management, you will lead a central team within Operations and be responsible for steering and optimizing our fleet. You will work closely with various stakeholders and ensure that our vehicles are always ready and at the right location to optimally meet demand. In this role, you combine creative problem-solving with best practices in operations/ logistics/ fleet management, ensuring that processes are efficient and scalable – all within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximize fleet availability and ensure vehicles meet requirements.
- Ensure vehicle readiness, including inspections and location management.
- Manage infleeting/outfleeting and fuel costs.
- Lead and coordinate a large team.
- Plan and forecast fleet readiness and transfers.
- Drive automation and tooling in fleet management.
Requirements
- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in the conception and execution of projects, ideally in an operations or performance context.
- Strong problem-solving skills in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for creative, disruptive ideas.
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
