Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with key customers in the MEA region.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Camunda’s platform.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams, relaying feedback and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive customer success and retention.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow orchestration, or related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in the MEA region is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
