Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with key customers in the MEA region.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Camunda’s platform.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams, relaying feedback and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive customer success and retention.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow orchestration, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in the MEA region is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
