Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert guidance on Qualys solutions and best practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive product adoption, usage, and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for key customer stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Qualys products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or a similar client-facing technical role, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, vulnerability management, compliance, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Technical proficiency with Qualys solutions or comparable security platforms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
