Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and programs.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical staff and engineers.
- Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce technical standards and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and address technological needs and challenges.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar senior technical leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on capacity building.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to work effectively in a humanitarian and development context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
