Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, working closely with development teams for resolution.
• Implement, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, JUnit).
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand project requirements and ensure testability of features.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Proficiency in SQL for database testing and data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
