Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for TalentSathi’s products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and solutions.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with various design methodologies and user research techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
