    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle problems and service needs.
    • Provide accurate and transparent estimates for all repair and maintenance services.
    • Communicate regularly and proactively with customers regarding vehicle status and any potential delays.
    • Coordinate efficiently with service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service completion.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate service records and effectively manage customer inquiries.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the motor vehicle industry.
    • Strong understanding of automotive service, repair processes, and basic vehicle diagnostics.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills with a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
    • Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
    • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
