Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for motorcycle service customers.
- Accurately diagnose and document customer concerns and service needs.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with service.
- Handle service appointments, invoicing, and payment processing efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and service procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Valid UAE driving license, especially for motorcycles, is preferred.
