    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line support to customers regarding product inquiries and service requests.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with appliances and digital technology products.
    • Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and repair statuses.
    • Educate customers on product usage and care to minimize future issues.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within electronics or appliance industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Arabic and English.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
