Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the accurate calculation, collection, and reconciliation of all community service charges.
  • Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and facility management within the community.
  • Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets specifically related to community services and expenditures.
  • Coordinate efficiently with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain quality standards.
  • Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies consistently and fairly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management, property management, or a related administrative field.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, particularly in managing service charges and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective resident and vendor relations.
  • Ability to proactively resolve conflicts and address resident concerns with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in relevant property management software and office applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to community management in the UAE.
