Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and operational records.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a service coordination, logistics, or similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
