Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT service delivery initiatives.
  • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Manage and optimize IT service operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and improve processes.
  • Implement best practices for IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports on service delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in IT services.
