Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in service delivery management, specifically with D365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions and digital transformation principles.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
