Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of students, parents, and staff.
• Map existing service journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and prototype new service solutions, considering digital and physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on service designs.
• Develop service blueprints and other design artifacts to communicate solutions.
• Champion a human-centered design approach within Aldar Education.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service design, UX design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools.
• A passion for education and improving learning experiences.
