Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incidents or service requests raised to the Service Desk.
- Meet service level agreements to ensure timely resolution of all tickets.
- Document and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved within the Service Desk.
- Use various software tools to troubleshoot issues and keep current with changes in technology.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles for common incidents and service requests.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in a skilled IT service desk or similar technical support role.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritize activities.
- Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
