Key Responsibilities
- Set up EV workshop including manpower, equipment, processes, and IT.
- Handle and resolve technical issues requiring additional information from the principal.
- Build and maintain healthy business relationships with fleets and private clients.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and body builders.
- Lead vehicle inspection to ensure all vehicle check measures are addressed.
- Supervise technicians / electricians to carry out repairs and diagnosis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 4 – 6 years of commercial vehicle technical or product experience, preferably in electric vehicles.
- Ability to communicate with impact and demonstrate teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results.
- Adaptability and customer-focused approach.
