Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the service department operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with EXEED and Al Ghurair service standards and quality control procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics, resolve customer concerns, and manage service budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with automotive industry trends and new vehicle technologies, especially EVs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury or EV brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Solid technical understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
