Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure timely contract renewals. Prepare and present renewal proposals, negotiating terms and pricing to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support during the renewal process. Maintain accurate records of client contracts, renewal dates, and communication in the CRM system. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services during renewal discussions. Requirements Must be a UAE National. Proven experience in a service renewals, account management, or customer success role, preferably within the IT services sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
