Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for service contracts and modernization.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales or a similar B2B sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex service solutions.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within the region.
