Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing on elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues, troubleshoot faults, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Respond promptly to service calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the elevator or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and a high standard of workmanship.
- Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to work various shifts and on-call rotations.
