    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in Schindler products.
    • Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
    • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company operational procedures.
    • Provide professional and courteous customer service during all site visits.
    • Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed records of work performed.
