Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service team within the restaurant and catering divisions.
- Ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee daily service operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a service management or team leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
