Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ServiceNow instances.
- Contribute to CI/CD engineering practices for software application deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to design and implement complex workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in an international setting.
