Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of professional services engagements for Snowflake clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, meeting quality standards.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Oversee service delivery teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, resource utilization, and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Services Delivery, Professional Services, or Project Management role, preferably in the software or data industry.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, or cloud data platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and relevant tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
