Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging kindergarten programs in alignment with early learning frameworks.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to children’s growth.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress and learning outcomes.
  • Foster positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations for early childhood settings.

Requirements

  • Relevant vocational certificate, diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with kindergarten-aged children (5 years+ preferred).
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development, pedagogy, and learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one prior to employment).
