Quick Details Salary Range: A$60.00 Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5 Year+ Qualifications: Vocational Certificate Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging kindergarten programs in alignment with early learning frameworks. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to children’s growth. Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress and learning outcomes. Foster positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations for early childhood settings. Requirements Relevant vocational certificate, diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Demonstrated experience working effectively with kindergarten-aged children (5 years+ preferred). Strong understanding of early childhood development, pedagogy, and learning theories. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
