Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sharpening and MC (Machining Center) equipment.
- Ensure tools are sharpened to precise specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Record operational data and maintain accurate logs for production.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sharpening or MC Operator.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tool sharpening techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
