Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and deliver SHE training programs to foster a strong safety culture among employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to SHE performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate SHE best practices into daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) coordination role, preferably within the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant SHE regulations and standards in Côte d’Ivoire.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and risk assessments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
