Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the business during the shift, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Manage the staff team during the shift, ensuring effective and efficient work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required.
• Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure the efficient operation of the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
