Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily distribution center operations and staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics processes, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards within the DC.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Foster a productive and safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in distribution center or warehouse management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain principles, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
