Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO plant, fresh water, and natural gas systems according to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, gauges, and meters to ensure optimal performance and identify anomalies.
• Respond promptly to alarms, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of operational data, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to facilitate scheduled and unscheduled repairs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or vocational certificate in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Shift Operator in RO plants, water treatment facilities, or power generation plants.
• Strong understanding of plant control systems, process flow diagrams, and equipment functionality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, for reporting and communication.
