Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cage operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and train cage team members, fostering a high-performance and guest-focused environment.
- Manage cash and chip transactions efficiently, maintaining strict accountability and security protocols.
- Resolve guest issues and inquiries promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on shift activities, variances, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and integrated resort operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash handling, banking, or cage operations within the hospitality or casino industry.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant cash management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to guest service excellence.
